Pipe Bursting

If a pipe is unable to be repaired using Trenchless Point Repairs, a pipe replacement might be necessary.  Pipe bursting allows RNR Enterprises, Inc. to replace the broken pipes without digging a traditional trench. 

Through the use of launching and receiving pits, RNR inserts new pipe directly into the old pipe.  A special expander head on the new pipe breaks up the old pipe to leave room for the new pipe. 

In addition to replacing broken pipes, pipe bursting can be used to help expand the current capacity of an underground pipe system.
